adequate stay

great position outside seating friendly staff awful smell unfriendly guy air freshener

the position was great for seeing things. it's a short walk to many main attractions. the restaurant had seats outside, i ate there. the staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

my room had a bad smell. i asked about it, nothing happened. they did give me air freshener, but the smell came back. the guy at breakfast was not friendly at all.

limited minibar poor soundproofing

The minibar was quite limited. It mainly contained soft drinks, water, and a few overpriced snacks. I found the selection rather unimaginative for what one might expect. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise late into the night and early in the morning. It made sleeping in a challenge.

superb stay in central location

convenient location friendly staff

the location is very convenient. key tourist sites are within walking distance. the staff were friendly and accommodating to all my needs . the rooms were also perfectly clean and well-equipped.

the hotel did not notify me about the upper level bedroom request that i made. this was disappointing. little could be done upon arrival because the hotel was fully booked

the hotel features fast wifi. it worked reliably. even outside. allowing a bit of work before exploring. the rooms include modern amenities such as a tv and climate control. these enhance the overall experience.

the staff were attentive. they offered prompt assistance with requests. ayhan akdağ was particularly helpful. he assisted with transfers, excursions, and other entertainments. overall, the service was very good and efficient.

the hotel is ideally located near many attractions. hagia sophia, the blue mosque, the grand bazaar, and topkapi palace are a short walk. the tram is also minutes from the hotel. this makes getting around very easy.

excellent location and friendly staff

excellent location short distance basilica cistern topkapi palace

it was one minute from basilica cistern. it was also one and a half minutes from hagia sophia. the blue mosque was just three minutes away. topkapi palace was four minutes away.

the taxi could not drive to the hotel due to the road. i had to walk from a main road.

the hotel is situated very close to major attractions. i found it convenient to walk to several historical sites. the area around the hotel is lively and easy to navigate.

spacious room modern bathroom good service

the family room was spacious and clean. they provided three single beds for our children in addition to a king bed and this worked perfectly. the bathroom was modern. they offered a good service for luggage pickup and dropoff.

the hotel rooms appear a bit dated.

limited breakfast missing amenities

I felt let down by a few things. the breakfast selection wasn't as extensive as i'd hoped for a hotel of this supposed caliber. also, the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a bath cap. I found this quite inconvenient. these details, though small, really affected my overall impression.
